How does the collection and delivery service work?

Start by creating an account on our website.
Create an order by choosing collection and delivery times.
Select the clothes to be repaired and add specific instructions if needed.
Finalize your order by adding a credit card, which will not be charged until the repair is complete
You will receive a confirmation by email and SMS as soon as you place your order.
Mark the repairs that need to be done on your clothes using a pin or other means. For example, for a trouser hem, please mark the desired length.
On the day of collection, the delivery person will inform you of his journey and arrival time by SMS.
After collection, our couturier will process your order and call you to validate the adjustments to be made in case of doubt.
On the day of delivery, you will receive another SMS when from our delivery person when he is on the way.
Your clothes will be hand-delivered to you at your door.

How do you ensure the quality of your repair service?
