At Jacob, you now have the choice between metal hangers and traditional plastic bags, or our returnable, durable, and reusable Jacob hangers and covers. It's simple: for each hanger, a $1 deposit is required, refundable upon return.
In partnership with local organizations, we offer the free service of collecting and distributing your clothing when you use our delivery service. All you need to do is have your clean clothes in a bag ready to hand over to our delivery person.
We are thrilled to announce that half of our delivery fleet is now powered by electricity! Our goal is to reach all-electric service by 2025.
To reduce our use of paper, we are now offering fully digital order receipts. You no longer have to worry about losing your paper receipt during your visits to the cleaner.
