Our delivery man is coming to pick up your clothes. No need to prepare, we take care of everything!
You don't have to prepare anything, you just need to have your clothes close at hand near the door. Our delivery person will arrive with a clean Jacob bag and bag. The clothes for our laundry service (washed and folded) will go in the bag, while those for our dry cleaning service (cleaned, ironed and put on a hanger) will go in the cover.
Notre livreur arrivera avec un sac et une housse Jacob propres. Les vêtements pour le service de lavage quotidien (lavés et pliés) iront dans le sac, tandis que ceux pour notre service de nettoyage (nettoyer, repasser et mis sur cintre) iront dans la housse.
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you at three times:
After your order: you will receive a confirmation email & SMS
24h before your pickup: you will receive an email & SMS reminder
30 min before your pickup: you will receive an SMS with an estimated delivery time and a link to follow your delivery person in real time.
You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled collection time. After this time, service fees may apply.
Once your clothes are collected, our experts get to work and work hard for results that are always impeccable.
As soon as we receive your clothing, we will verify the accuracy of your order, identify your items in your name, and inspect them for defects or stains.
For our laundry service, the clothes will be weighed and your order adjusted to reflect the final amount to be charged.
Each of your garments will be treated with the greatest care, scrupulously respecting the instructions on their labels as well as those that you left when ordering.
We use high quality detergents and softeners that are free of aggressive chemicals for perfect cleaning of clothing and stain removal.
Your clothes are returned to you clean and ready to store.
For our regular customers, your clothes will be returned in a recyclable plastic clothing cover. For Jacob Plus and Jacob Max members, your items will be returned to you in a brand new Jacob bag and bag, which you can keep for future orders.

You will be charged once your clothes have been cleaned. If the amount should be adjusted due to a difference between the order you placed and the one received by our employees, you will be notified prior to invoicing.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we will rectify it for free.
